We ship throughout the world using Canada Post. At Check Out, you will be provided with different methods of shipping to choose from.
Please notify us if you would like the order to be insured before shipping. The insurance coverage is payable by you.
In the event of any damage or loss, it is your responsibility to contact the post office or courier company for reimbursement.
If you would like your order shipped via courier, send us an email at info@slotcarcircuit.com and we will provide you with a rate.
It is our policy to ship most orders within 3 business days of receipt.
International orders may take up to 5 weeks to arrive.
Customers are responsible for any additional charges on packages, such as taxes or duties.
An invoice will be included with your package marked "Paid in Full" for your records.
If an item that you have ordered is not in stock, We will advise you of this promptly and place the item on "back order" at no obligation to you. Your credit card will not be processed until the product arrives and we have contacted you.

All returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving SLOT CAR CIRCUITs return authorization. We will either replace or refund the price paid for the returned goods, at our discretion.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
All product that is sold on the SLOT CAR CIRCUIT web site will be warranted by the manufacturer.
SLOT CAR CIRCUIT will not be held responsible for any defect in an item arising from normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, neglect or self repairs.
All Other Countries are Tax free.
